Because After Sale- Services are of paramount importance to the systems after their installation, our company has paid great attention to providing them. The company’s trained engineering crews provide after-sales services is part of our agreements with our global partners, in order to provide full service to our valued customers.
These services are provided in several ways, including: preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and provision of spare parts
Preventive maintenance
It is carried out through periodic maintenance contracts that include carrying out maintenance work in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions.
Corrective maintenance
This service is provided at the request of the customer when there is a malfunction in one of the systems
Supply of spare parts
We provide original spare parts for all systems from (Johonson controls)
